I had no trouble loosening or tightening them. Simply use a wrench of the proper size. Worked on my project and did an excellent job.

This is insufficient

There is a lot of run-on in Coupling. out (> 01"), and the 5mm bore had not been completely finished. To allow the motor shaft to fully inserted, the last 1/16" of the bore had to be drilled. Clamping to nominal shaft sizes is also difficult due to insufficient torque provided by the clamping screws. Before the coupling could lock onto the shafts, both threads had failed.

It appears to be more powerful than the majority of the others

For my CNC router, I've tried a few different couplings, and this one appears to be holding up better than the others. I believe that the fact that it is fairly solid with only a small amount of give makes it more durable.
