I'm not sure what you're trying to find. This is the cable in its entirety. You won't be able to use this part because you said the cable is fine. Ridgid part 21713, if you're looking for the guide hose. If you're looking for the front housing, it's part number 21718 from Ridgid.

The second time I used it, I had cable problems. Call Amazon to let them know that the cable has developed a problem after only two months of use. It appears that this cable will only be used once. When I called Ridgid for assistance, they demanded that I pay for shipping. The price of a start-up is around $15. Pipe can kink, according to Ridgid. Or a stumbling block. As a result, it appears to be a one-time use. So, as other customers have said, stay away from this product. I'm glad Amazon has taken it down at this time, but paying more for cable, even if they replace it, means I'm already paying too much. I was able to save money on a plumber or other home service provider. However, I wish I could have used it at least a couple of dozen more times.
This snake is extremely flimsy and weak in comparison to the original Ridgid snake.
This was a complete waste of money. It was purchased as a replacement snake for a Rigid K30 machine and has only been used once. During retraction, the cable/snake developed so many kinks that it was no longer usable. Would like to return, but the only place it can go is the recycle bin due to some kinks. The original snake lasted four years before rust and kinks forced it to be replaced.
When I went to buy a new one, I discovered that the price had risen significantly, so I purchased just the replacement cable for the same price as the entire unit did years ago. I'm pleased with my purchase and plan to return to Amazon if the cable develops too many kinks.
It's very simple to replace the part on the machine.

The product is excellent in terms of durability and quality.
I only gave it four stars because I had to cut off a portion of the end that goes into the drum because it was too large to fit through the frum drive shaft. Others, I see, had to do the same thing. It took me less than half an hour to install. It took a little longer to get the old one out of the drum because it was all kinked up inside. (Yes, I figured out why it wasn't working. ) It doesn't work very well.
