Hex sockets that aren't as deep as they appear

Because the sockets are too shallow for a ball head hex wrench, the flat end must be used, which is difficult to position in tight spaces.

35 MM is not the same as a quarter inch

I had to drill it without a stand for the second time in a row, and it was the wrong size both times. The piece is too large to fit on a quarter-sheet of paper. motor for a 12" fan It was ruined as a result of the drilling. I believe I am entitled to a refund.
