The 2. The inside circumference is 25 inches. You can get away with slipping a 2 in there. Inside, there is a 25" tube.

So far, I've used them to replace original failed flexes on two different mr2 midpipes. They are extremely sturdy and do not jiggle. My muffler is no longer shaky as a result of this. They also appear to allow you to bend them and have them stay bent, allowing you to be more flexible in that angle. They work well for small angles, such as - For my application, a temperature of 10° is sufficient.
I just finished installing a new all stainless Magnaflow exhaust system on my old pickup, and these were exactly what I needed to finish the job. I had them tig welded in place, and I am very pleased with the results.
I'm going to buy these for all of my future custom exhausts.
It worked out perfectly. On my 01 Grand Prix with aftermarket (SLP) headers, I needed to replace a broken section of flex. This was a perfect replacement for my rotten piece.
It was ideal for the task at hand. The welding was excellent.
The measurement is three. Without any issues, 15in was able to solder the V band 3in.
