I ordered Stens spindles because I have used them often in the past, and they have always held up. Various companies, such as Amazon, Ebay, etc. , sell knockoff spindles that are made in China. Even though these are listed as Stens in the description, and everything says they are Stens, they are not, they are Chinese knockoff spindles that I would have been able to get quicker and for less money if they were Stens.
It worked nicely and was reasonably priced for replacing my old spindle on the 50" deck of my Cub Cadet RZT zero-turn in good condition. This was a good all-in-one replacement for the original, which had a cracked mount. As you can see, there are no threaded holes in it, so you will either have to thread holes in it, or buy grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers. Here, I went with bolts, and no issues were encountered. A grease point is also present, which is a plus.
I ordered these screws to go with my Cub Cadet lawn mower deck and they work perfectly. The screws are self tapping and therefore do not have threads. I was worried when reading the comments at the time of ordering, but self tapping screws work perfectly.
