This product is a nice one for the price as it is made perfect but it falls short in a couple of ways

The product is reasonably priced, but the one I got is short two points. The bucket can't fully dump as a result of the 3 inch gap. I'm hoping that the sellers will contact me to resolve this, otherwise I have no choice but to return it. It was a smooth and well-made operation, I would have given it a 5 star rating if it had not been for the short duration.
