The perfect addition to a Craftsman lawn mower

This belt will fit Craftsman mowers that require a 147+" belt. It may be a fraction of an inch smaller than the original belt, but it works perfectly. I have mowed about an acre of wet spring foliage weekly using this belt without issue. Additionally, the price was right (I got a 50% discount from the warehouse after it was returned. 2) When I need another mower deck belt, this is the one I'll.

I did not like the quality of the product

I've never had a good experience with this. The YTS 4500 54" deck is the perfect match for the craftsman YTS 4500. As far as the belt goes, it's junk. It didn't even take me long to finish my yard before the belt broke. I wasted my money purchasing the belt because it is not of good quality and is ineffective.

My belt arrived on April 19. I installed it the same day and mowed for about an hour with it. I mowed with it for the fourth time today, for a little over five hours on the belt, and it cracked and broke. I had no issues with rubs or touching anything other than the pulleys while installing the belt. Inspection of the spindles and pulleys reveals that they appear to be in perfect working order. May 19 is the last day for returns. I guess it's all good.

The Ariens v-series is not a replacement for it The belt number is There is a reference in the product description that it is a replacement for the Ariens belt 21546080, but it is actually quite Its model number is 265 The 152 is also advertised as being a direct replacement for Ariens 21546080, and that would likely fit, too

There is nothing good about this

You should not purchase this belt. The material is of poor quality, or the stock is old. Mowed it for two hours, and it now holds a crack and is disintegrating into pieces. Looks like it is made of old materials. The machine is in such poor condition after so little use that there can be no other explanation. The belt is after the return date for this one, what a waste of a belt. It would be nice if they would at least replace it.
