Because they're all made of steel, they should be!
Yes, they're food-grade, but you'll need to chew them thoroughly to get the most out of them.
The ones I got were made of stainless steel of excellent quality. They should be as good as, if not better than, iron shot in terms of durability.

Because these are 3/4" steel balls, there isn't a lot of room for error. They do have a coating on them, which I assume is to keep them from rolling out of the bag. That is commendable. Water and soap will easily remove it. br>br>For those who are interested, I used calipers to measure some of them: 1. br>br> inbr>7495 inbr>br>br>br>br>br> 3 inbr>7495 inbr>7495 inbr>7495 inbr>7495 4 inbr>7495 inbr>4 inbr>4 inbr>4 inbr 7495 in.
There weren't any bricks left. Except for a bike shop that was too small, all of the brick and mortar stores within a 25-mile radius had them. These were instrumental in saving the situation. The only criticism is that they were extremely sticky right out of the bag, and we had to wash them before using them. There were a lot of amusing remarks about looking for balls and sticky balls: D He designed a cup holder that has "wheels. " " His design was a little sloppy, but he received an A for it, and it's a cool concept. " Attached are some photos.
Perfect for my paracord projects, and just the right size.
They're replicas of experiments by Galileo, Newton, and others for classic mechanics, so I use them in physics classes.
As a kid, I used to have a lot of fun with ball bearings. We used to refer to them as steelies, and we used to treat them as if they were marbles. It was the 1950s at the time. Many thanks for the memories and a lot of fun.
Excellent craftsmanship. I only needed one for a replacement part on my bike rack, and the price for a pack of ten was excellent!.
I bought these to use as anvil testers. They're fantastic and have already proven to be useful on several occasions. They are precisely what they claim to be and nothing more. To bounce off an anvil, you'll need a ball bearing, and these will suffice.
It was exactly what I needed once more. This is the second time I've placed an order.
