Questions & Answers
If it's water cooled, then yes, it should.
No, not in the form in which it is presented. Because this is a water-cooled torch, you'll need a water pump and an adapter to make it work with your machine, and the torch that came with your welder has a much thicker power line to handle the amps. You can get the necessary items for a reasonable price. 500
Yes, as long as you have a water cooler, it should be fine.
No, the Torch is only water cooled. The heat generated will melt the outer coverings if they are not able to withstand it. Seek out a tig that is air-cooled.

This is of a much lower quality than what you'd find on eBay. During the first 20 seconds, the main coolant line broke. Nothing is more frustrating than getting your puddle moving on a critical aluminum joint only to be shocked by your stance over the weld. Photos of junk connections (plural) being welded with a WeldPro torch are attached. I assumed this one would be of the same quality as the WP torch, which clogged up due to poor maintenance (by me). Its not. I didn't bother connecting any of the lines in any way. A crimp was all I used. It's not a good idea to purchase it. Now I have to wait another four days for it, or pay $300 for a replacement locally and wait another three days. This time, being cheap got the best of me.
I've been using this type of torch since they were first introduced. This torch is Assy, believe me. Whether you need it right now or not, this is a deal you can't pass up. This 25' hw20 water-cooled torch features a flex head and nylon-covered rubber hoses that are extremely flexible. A 5-foot extension cord is also included with the torch. 6 ceramic cups, plus a collet body. Furthermore, the torch assembly is protected by a durable cover, which eliminates the need for hose tape. It's as simple as connecting the wires and welding them together. 61 years in the business.
It is light and flexible, very similar to a 9 series on a superflex air cooled hose, perhaps more flexible? br>I removed the coolant ends and replaced them with my own type fittings; the removed fittings were properly installed and secure. br>The 9 series is no longer melting. br>The durability has yet to be determined, but I don't see why it should require any more maintenance than usual.
It seemed like a good job at first, but it started leaking coolant from the head about 2 hours after I started using it while I was trying to do a weld.
I had to replace a cable that had become damaged. The new one is twice as long as the old one. The purchase is well worth the money because of the low cost and high value.
Even when welding for hours at a time at over 200 amps, the torch performs admirably and remains cool.
I would buy these hoses again because they are soft and flexible and can withstand high heat and amperage.
