My Lincoln 185 is in the process of being rebuilt.
The rubber hose connecting the regulator and the welder's inlet has pipe threads on it. I used to have an older Hobart handler with a gas inlet port.
For MIG, it works perfectly. There's no need for additional components. The hose is very nice. I use the Inert Gas "Y" Valve Argon Western 411 for TIG with my multifunction Everlast welder and have a similar regulator on my Ar bottle.

It works, but the hose is leaking. I ordered a replacement, but the new hose leaks even more than the old one, and all of the factory crimps leak, so turn off your bottle or get a new hose. Maybe I'll go for a third, but given the track record, I'm guessing they'll all leak. It's possible that saving a few dollars on a cheap regulator will waste more argon in the long run, so it's probably better to just buy better quality from the start.
The first one's gauge was broken, so I ordered a replacement, which was also broken. Two in a row seemed odd, so I investigated further and discovered that both had the face plate pushed in, effectively locking the needle. Of course, the incredibly thin metal used on this cheap gauge was the main issue, but it was an inexpensive unit, and it now works fine.
When I got home and looked at my box, it wasn't crushed or marked in any way, but when I opened it up, I found my 11 pound 0 pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound pound The 25 wire was on top of the regulator, and when I pulled it out, I discovered that the tank pressure gauge had been broken, indicating that the wire had been thrown on top of the regulator. I believe it would have been a good product if it hadn't been broken before I had a chance to use or test it. They are supposed to refund my money in the form of an Amazon gift card, but who knows if that will happen.
The flow meter adjuster on mine was leaking badly. There was no problem with the return; I simply chose a more reputable brand.
Fit perfectly on my wire feed welder's gas bottle. br>It's a fantastic solution.
This flow meter is fantastic, and I would buy it again if the opportunity arose.
The first unit shipped had a faulty tank valve (which was stuck at 700 psi), which Amazon quickly replaced. The replacement is functional and includes a nice hose.
My TIG welder now has a great companion.
