Warm Tips: When the grounding device is not in contact with the ferromagnetic material, make sure it is turned off. The opening and closing of it can be done at will. When the ferromagnetic material is opened and connected, a strong suction is created. Lifting or transporting materials should not be done with welding grounding.

I had neck surgery and still don't have full strength, and my ground clamp was so strong that I couldn't use it on larger work pieces, so I bought this. It's a lot easier for me, and it only sticks to oddly shaped objects, and it can be turned on and off! It's fantastic!.

It's a lot better than using the standard ground ckamp

It works well as long as you have a suitable surface to attach it to. There's a lot to be said for clamping, particularly on dirty or partially painted surfaces. br>br>While this provides a solid ground as advertised, I would prefer to see a much stronger magnetic field.

It appears to have a problem internally, as it keeps arching to my ground cord. Buy a better product and stay away from this brand.

AWESOME. Even if you're short on cash, get it. br>I'd been using a spring clamp for a while and had forgotten how much easier it is to work with magnetic clamps. br>Like new tips, this should be thought of as a consumable.
