I couldn't use it with my plasma cutter because it wasn't the right size.
To make it fit the torch head, I had to get long screws. With some of these things, you have to think outside the box.

I had a strong suspicion it wouldn't fit after reading the reviews, but I decided to buy it anyway because of the low price. I had enough components to modify it by replacing the large metal ring with one made from high pressure PVC pipe, in my case 3/4" pipe. I mention high pressure pipe because the walls must be thick enough to securely attach screws for both the wheels and one to securely attach the finished product to the torch.
Although the item is as described, it will not fit the Lotos LTP5000D.
This item was listed on Amazon as compatible with my plasma cutter. This isn't even close to being a viable option. The set screws aren't even close to tightening the gap because they're twice as big as they need to be. A waste of money. Sending it back for $8 isn't worth my time. br>br>Don't let it get away with your $8. The lotos 3500 plasma cutter is not compatible with this model. Because of the ring's sheer size, I'm assuming it won't work for many people. Amazon has never failed to provide me with additional items that are compatible with or for the item I purchased, but this time it isn't even close to working. What a waste of time.
Order this with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product. I never got to use it the first time I tried it because one of the small screws on the side that holds the wheel on to the ring stripped out, so I never got to use it.
The problem is that it doesn't quite fit. The wheel is well-made and glides along smoothly. The problem is that none of my plasma cutters can use it. We'll make a bushing out of a 3D printed inner ring. This ought to assist you. I'll update the review once I've finished it. Right now, I give it a rating based on its quality.
The product worked, but it was too large for most plasma cutters, so it had to be modified to fit.
It requires a better method of tightening the torch head. You can make it work better by modifying it with heavy tape.
When I went to buy my plasma cutter, this item appeared that others had purchased along with it. It does not fit the unit, so don't waste your money.
