Product Description

Toauto 80 Watt Soldering Station upgrade with 5 additional soldering tips,1 bracket for solder sitting on the side,1 roll of lead-free solder wire (30g), 1 sucker, 1 anti-static tweezers, 1 brass tip cleaner, instructions.
The Soldering Station uses a high power (80W) electric iron heating element, resulting in a soldering temperature of 392 degrees Fahrenheit in just six seconds. The internal ceramic heating element is fast heating, has a fast temperature rise and is thermally compensated rapidly. The high-temperature silicone wire has an anti-static design as well as a low ESD rating, using a temperature range of 194° F to 896° F/90° C to 480° C.
You can control the device easily and hassle-free using the buttons. This soldering iron has a LED display, PID temperature control technology that can detect the current temperature of the heating element, and instantly correct it with a rapid temperature return to the correct setting. When this mode is on, it can lock the temperature so that the work is constant.
Using the C/F function, you can easily change the LED digital readout from Centigrade to Fahrenheit to display the Soldering Iron Temperature. This extension of the service life of the soldering iron is very helpful in extending the life of the iron and preventing injury to you, your kids, and your pets.

Questions & Answers

What is the best way to use an 80W soldering station when soldering ESDS sensitive products?

This is cool. As well as more automatic sleep and automatic standby functions, there are more accessories on the device. The FT-type is better for me than the FT-type in the past

What is the latest version of the product? Have the functions been increased as well? What is the difference between the two?

FT-X had more than a dozen products to compare before purchasing*br>in the end I purchased the FT-X I found 80W to be very reliable. I would recommend it

A 120 watt power supply is stated on the product. Approximately how much power does the heating element in the soldering iron use?

It has a maximum power of 120 watts and a rated power of 80 watts. TOAUTO 80W Soldering Iron Station Kit Approximately 80 watts of power are provided by the soldering iron's heating element.

A soldering station is more efficient than just a single-piece soldering gun, so what are the advantages?

While working on circuit boards, I find it useful to have a soldering iron that allows me to control the temperature. It is possible for a unit that is not controlled to get too hot and transfer heat to other parts of the circuit board, causing the work to be ruined. A second thing that I like is the soldering iron holder with the base to keep it away from the workstation. This sponge can be used for a quick clean up of the solder tip when too much solder accumulates on it. I keep extra tips on hand in case I need to select a tip that can directly heat where it needs to be heated.

Everything seems to be working fine
4/5

I like how the temperature control works and how the device functions as intended. Nevertheless, there are a few gripes I have that make it far from perfect. 1
A light shines on the station. It is easy to push around, and while it isn't too heavy, you move it around a lot when you are working so it would be better if it had a bit more weight, even if it is some really crappy weights at the bottom. .
3. It is soldered. Oh, my lord, I forgot to include the solder. A non-profit organization The ideal leader,
The problem with free solder is that it's hard It's a great position, and if I are to let you have it, I request you to obtain the lead solder role. Not only that, but the fumes are more toxic as well. Unless you're making jewelry with this station, you should use lead solder, even if it requires a bit more care because it's more easy to work with. It'll save you from a lot of hassle and make the process more secure. Apart from that, everything else is fine. I find it to be a more good value than those cheap, sub 20 dollar fire-hazard sticks that you find everywhere. I think you will be able to rely on this for quite some time.

The soldering irons we use today are very much improved over those we used previously
5/5

do not know how well the Toauto compares to similar units, but I can report that it works well and does what it is supposed to. Since I never had success soldering using the same iron and tip, I have always envied those who seem to be able to use it for years at a time. Those who are most successful are probably those who closely manage temperature, keep irons at lower temperatures when not in use, and don't forget to turn off the iron at the end of their work. My skills never allow me to be so meticulous and I spend too much time cleaning and replacing tips after every cleaning. It does all that for you so the Toauto is the way to go. With this device, you will no longer need to guess the tip temperature, and it will lower it when the iron is not in use for x minutes and shut itself off after y minutes (I cannot recall the exact time). Because it heats rapidly, it is easy to achieve the minimum temperature for any job. There may be complaints that the LED temperature does not accurately reflect the In my opinion, I like it because it works well and can be tracked reasonably well, though I'm not sure if that's true or not. If it is true, then it's the same as telling you that my watch is 10 minutes fast.

Excellent iron
5/5

I like it a lot. It has been more than a decade since I've used a Hakko 937. My last business was an RC hobby shop where I soldered countless battery connectors, motors, and speed controllers over the years. The station I had been using for some time had been loaned to a friend, who lost it, so I was looking for a new In a rush to get a new Hakko, I went for this one instead of paying the big bucks. I am really happy with what I got. It heats up almost as quickly as my Hakko, and the temperature is solid as a rock. I also like that it saves the lock temperature even when the power is turned off, so with a flip of a switch, it's ready to go in less than 15 seconds to the preset temperature, no matter what the dial is set to. Having the iron holder work well for me is another benefit, as it is so much less bulky than a two-piece setup. It has a separate iron holder as well as a control box. For me, it's a keeper!.

What a mess! Working with this iron at 300° C began as soon as I had set it up
3/5

It went very well on the first solder joint. I left the iron in the holder for about 2 minutes before moving on to A red glow emanated from it as soon as I pulled it out A hot day. The temperature on the control was out of control, so I tried turning it down just to see. I am sending it back to you. It's time for me to use something else.

It is a great station for soldering
5/5

Building slot cars and remote control airplanes is one of my favorite hobbies. Toauto soldering station was the next step up from the cheap 8 dollar soldering iron I was using previously, from how cheap they were to how badly they worked. For about 4 months now, I've had it and it's been a pleasure to own. Different tips are available, it is quick to heat up with a temperature dial, and it works really well. Almost everything I need it to do is done by it. A place for a sponge to clean solder tips, a reel of solder, and a place to store a soldering iron is also included. A different brand I bought from Amazon did not even turn on, so I returned After reading some reviews on this brand, I decided to give it a shot because it was the same price as the other brand that didn't The Toauto station has been very satisfactory to me.

The station is great for starting out
5/5

My old RadioShack station finally gave out, so I bought this product to replace it. I have to admit that this is an improvement over what I was using before. The cool thing is that I am able to control the temperature, which will come in handy when I am working with more You won't have to deal with burnt chips or PCB pads anymore! The heater heats up fast as well, meaning you can turn it on and off as needed. The device is ready within 30 seconds after it has been switched on. It also includes some basic workbench tools (soleur sucker, fine-tip tweezers, and a coil of solder), so if you're interested in something similar, this kit is a great option. This is a good device because I'm able to read the temperature with an LCD display rather than eyeballing it by eye. You can also store extra tips in the slots - You do not have to rummage through a drawer in search of a specific tip anymore! There is no heat buildup on the grip, and the pen feels good in your hand. Plus, I like how it fits nicely in your hand. I'm very happy with how my purchase turned out.

It makes a perfect gift for an engineering student, as it doesn't contain rosin
5/5

My son is a mechanical engineering student, so this was for him as a present. His favorite part of it is watching Controls are easy to use, and the temperature is easily adjusted. Having said that, the only complaint I have is that the solder wire that comes with it does not contain any of the whatchacallit stuff that is an absolute necessity for any It will be thrown away and replaced with proper wire for a few dollars instead of using the wire that came with it. This seems like an obvious oversight that could be quickly and inexpensively corrected in what would otherwise be a good *** *** - I don't know what it's called -- but you know what it is -- The rosin core is called this in technical terms. Those of you who do not possess the necessary technical skills may find this translation useful.
