The Jonard is actually a replacement for a 305183 I thought I had lost. It feels tiny compared to the 305183 Although the 305183 is a bit wider than the AMP, I still find it to be snug on some applications, but on everything else I would use the 305183, I'm satisfied with it.
It's fine if the pins are of the same diameter or just a bit smaller
A diameter of zero encloses the inner diameter. Item 103 Inversely, the outer diameter is 0.61 mm) and the internal diameter is 0.61 mm. Item 130." A 30 mm disk is helpful).
Fits 16 or 17-inch devices You should be able to make 20 contacts. If you plan to build a headphone jack, you will need to check that. Wishing you the best of luck

I use it all the time for AMP MetriMate. Because the pins and sockets aren't a super tight fit, you'll have an easier time getting them out than you would So far, the experience has been really good. It took me a little time to remove a couple of pins that even the AMP/Tyco branded one couldn't. I found that this tool, as well as the AMP/Tyco tool, require you draw the plunger down to the bottom, rotate, and then push the plunger back in. Initially, this may appear a bit odd, but push all of the tines at once to ensure the needles are all compressed before you slide. If you push and they do not respond, you can bend them into the plastic and they will never find their way The only difference that really matters is that the barrel of the Jonard is a bit thinner than the barrel of I will have to wait and see if this makes a difference to.
In addition, my boss did as well. Simply means the metal will last longer because it has more to wear out. My vote is for you! We got a great tool while spending a third of the amount!.
If you are using it in aviation, just spend the money and get the amp It is not worth the money, even at the $7 price point. I purchased this to see if it would be a less expensive option. The first time I used it, it broke. It was necessary to remove this broken removal tool with a removal This may be acceptable in other applications as well.
This would work great with smaller pin connectors on Whelen controllers, such as on Cantrol and Core stuff, expansion modules, and so on.
This is due to the metal tube not being held to the plastic body very well, so when you push it any further it starts to pull apart, which makes it impossible to push the detent out the way. Tool that can be used only once.
As opposed to the Tyco model, I prefer this one. No binding or smooth movement is apparent in the plunger. In addition, it is reliable enough to squeeze pin tongs enough to allow.
Pin extraction is a breeze with this tool. Prior to using the plastic extractor, I used a vacuum cleaner. The pin did release after it was pulled out, but I had to access the back of the connector to pull out the pin. unit, all you have to do is slide the sleeve over the pin and push down on the plunger.
It was not possible to remove the pins with other methods, so I tried them manually for the first time. With this tool, I was able to complete the entire process in a short amount of time.
