I am sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I will try to respond as soon as possible. It takes a few minutes to complete the experiment. *br>The results of the experiment are LOW Corrosive, low stick, low corrosive, glue will fall off, welding pad does not change when exposed. HIGH corrosive, glue will stick but it will fall off the whole piece when exposed. A highly corrosive product, largely due to its high concentration of chlorine, can directly damage a solder pad, and cannot Please continue to ask questions if you do not understand anything I can be reached directly at the primary contact information above. Your question is very important to me, and I am happy to address it.
Since silicone (the material this may be made from) doesn't have an ESD rating, this will not work. It should specify how ESD-rated it is (it should be ESD-rated) paired with a grounding strap. If you're really concerned about discharge, you'll need an ESD-rated case. This is the mat I use in order to fix the devices in my family's homes (pads, phones, hard drives) and to play with microcontrollers and implement various The silicone mat is great for soldering and it is a pretty good quality mat at a very reasonable price.
The package was either rolled up or flat shipped, I am not sure. It shouldn't matter unless it comes apart as Silicon is a flexible material and won't bend or be permanently damaged unless it is torn.
You can use it without any problems, and it's very easy to use These screw holders are perfect for virtually any project since they are non-slip, and are numbered.

In the course of doing a small cell phone repair, I purchased it for keeping track of all the parts. But, I ended up keeping it on my desk at home for all manner of small repairs, crafts, paper cutting, etc. There were 3 parts boxes on the top of the one I got. Due to the design of the bin, the material covering the lid's hinge is quite thin, so it can be opened and closed easily. The lid of one of the bottles had ripped almost to the point of breaking after about a month of use. The return window had just closed (my luck), so I could not return the item. In order to make contact with the seller, I called them. Upon my surprise, the seller sent me a replacement along with a small packet of a new product to try before I made a final decision. Customers will appreciate the excellent service they receive from a seller that stands behind the quality of their product!.
Taking two small pieces and combining them into one large piece. It has the same width as the others. Soldering is done on a small size. We have over flow from big ones taking apart. Created a hobby bench by turning a computer desk into one. The magnetic trays have 3 compartments. Surface that feels good to the touch. A tiny screw can easily be seen.
But it stinks like a bad boy. It is a medium size that I purchased, and I will also purchase the large size. The mats are designed to meet the needs of small scale engineers and tinkerers. It is well laid out and has many spots to organize project elements. I agree with those who have stated that the smell is fading, but my word.
This device is smaller than I imagined, but it does its job quite well. It had a strong smell when it came, but I put it out in the sun for a day and the smell isn't as strong anymore. Static electricity can easily be generated if it is placed on a surface with static electricity. There is a lot of dust on the surface. Dust sticks to the surface probably due to static charges on the surface. Although I haven't tested the heat resistance, I'll do so soon. Edit Please read Once you use the device, you'll discover the slots for nails are so small that your laptop nails will not fit perfectly in them. It would be impossible to place the nails properly if the table were shaken. Because of this and static electricity, the product was not able to earn.
Cutting up the sheet, I lined the base of my binocular microscope This works out fine for me because I do a great deal of soldering under my microscope. The 3m spray adhesive I picked up at a big box store was used to attach it. The paint wasn't anything special they just had whatever was on the shelf in the paint department. As a result of the low price, I was not concerned if the purchase did not.
Although I thought it would be bigger, I checked their website and they had the dimensions there for everyone to see however I didn't look closely at them because I just saw the next day delivery and the great price, and I called them up. As they often do, way, it's a wonderful tool, and I plan to get another one that is even bigger to go.
Overall, we gave this a five out of five because it works well for its price, has plenty of features, and does what it is supposed to do. A longer and/or thinner 'hinge' on the three compartments at the top of this sheet, but that would likely add cost to the design, is something I'd like to see. They work well enough as they stand, but need a little wiggling every time they close and stay shut. Making the hinge a bit thinner or a bit longer/deeper would make it easier for the doors of these three compartments to be closed more quickly and more securely without the need to focus as much effort on it as the current hinges.
The mat is smaller than some, but it is at the same time less expensive (not cheaper, as the I bought a new Soldering Iron kit from Amazon that turned out to be worse than expected, but they accepted my return and gave me a The old iron had to be dug out to finish the project. The reason I was soldering on my dining room table was that I had small parts in my workroom that I did not want to lose. It was clear that the wife would have a fit and that she would fear I would burn the table and possibly the house down. My mother was there when I brought that iron over and showed her how the iron was melting solder and smoking, I told her, "OK, but don't let it roll off the mat. "
After a few seconds she said, "Ok. " It is VERY IMPORTANT when you take apart electronics to keep screws in the EXACT SAME ORDER that they came off so that they can be put back on correctly. It has little pockets on it where you can store your cards or tokens. Just don't shake the mat or move it! After I mixed up two tiny screws after replacing the battery in the old iPhone, 1 was ever so slightly longer, and when I put it back together they were out of order, and so it was the end of the Something below it seems to have been crushed. You will learn as you go. I should have taken a picture when I was working on the drone, but I was so pissed off by the soldering iron that I forgot. These are just a couple of photos from our trip. Thanks a lot.
