There is a 1 year warranty on the Big Buddy Turbo Torches.
I don't know if you got a defective one or if you just bad lucked. The torch is a great purchase, get a replacement.

That Torch is awesome, and this was an amazing deal in comparison to any other place! As soon as my return hit the post office, I received the green after 24 hours. The red one worked but had a faulty gas regulator, so it stayed on max setting, which if you've used this torch is like a flame flower dead serious. '(Due to Covid supply chain being short, the red isn't available at the last minute. I like the green better in the end, though. I find this to be the ultimate MAC DADDY! While other dabbing setups don't compare to the Blazer Big Buddy and the GT 8000 or whatever the other one is, this one is definitely less expensive, and it is more than capable of doing dabbing as well as In most cases, upgrading to the next level is overkill unless you are doing something big. I love it!.
While I like the flame this machine has, I've already encountered issues with the ignition not working at all times, having to tighten the screw at the bottom, and the head and body are still wiggle-y. I would have taken advantage of the Big Shot instead of the Big Shot upgrade. *update base cracked and I had to take off the bottom to refill, very cheap. WE WON'T RECOMMEND THIS ITEM OR BUY IT.
A year after the purchase, this torch broke 100% and stopped working. I sent it back for repair, but the company said that the torch was too badly damaged to be repaired. The base will just need to be modified next time so it isn't quite so tight.
After returning a comparable but cheaper torch of another brand, this one is much better. We love it! Whenever you light, the flame is bright and powerful. I can also see that it uses butane very effectively The fact that it only needs to be refilled so rarely was a surprise to me. It is a torch that I would recommend. (You can get butane refills at Walmart. I don't want to buy them on Amazon because they're too expensive).
The pink torches are my favorite, especially because they are so unique. In memory of my sister, who died of breast cancer, I try to buy everything in pink. It's my husband who takes advantage of this torch because he loves the color pink and the fact that I got it at an unbelievable price - he spent the same amount for a torch that only heats up to half the temperature. His has been currently shrouded in darkness now as has been the case with all our other torches except In the event that this torch dies from excessive usage, I will purchase a new one from Blazer.
