This is perfect for sous vide

Why burn the meal in a pan when you can sous vide it? There is less chance of overcooking with this method that works in seconds and gives a better visual result.

When a product is built with excellent engineering, it is a pleasure to own it. It's not excessively built, but it's a sturdy closing mechanism. This one and the one that has the extension hose and a tank holster were so appealing that I bought them both.
