On a single reel, how many feet of solder are there?

Do I need this type of solder to make ?

My skills aren't as good as a jeweler, but I probably won't succeed. solder, as well as lead free tin solders, are generally made from tin, copper, silver, bismuth, indium, zinc, and antimony. Heat is conducted very well by it since it is very electrically conductive. There isn't a lot of strength, and the melting point is very low. The jewelry made of precious metals such as gold and platinum will devalue if they are used on them. Making dress jewelry from a non precious metal will be slightly more fragile, but otherwise you can easily work with it.

How well does this solder iron work when I have a 100 watt soldering This type of soldering is completely new to me, and I've been unable to find concise information regarding it. ?

The following is what I found out from Google and I hope it will be of use to In addition, the elements are listed in the Amazon advertising for the product. *br>This Solder contains the following alloys The first author of the book was. Wires with a rosin core and a 2mm lead-free diameter are available 1) Sn = Tin has the chemical symbol in its Latin name, stannum. **br>3) Cu = Copper (Cu), chemical element, a reddish-orange, extremely ductile metal of Group 11 (Ib) of the periodic table that is exceptionally good at conducting heat and electricity. A free metal like copper can be found in 4) Range of melting points A temperature of 215°C would be ideal. Basically it's (lead free) or silver solder with the other elements added to it, at a temperature of 220°C (419°F - 428°F). If you want your solder to melt, the soldering iron must reach a temperature between 419/F and 428/F I hope this helps I appreciate it.

What is the location of the manufacture of this solder?

It does not have a country of origin imprinted on it, nor am I able to find any claims that it is made, except that the company that sells it appears

This is the temperature specification
3/5

There is no school today. I believe that this solder represents a great value for the money spent, given that a spool of lead costs $10 In this case, free solder is at issue. It is mainly because of the higher melting point of the solder I received than what was specified for this composition that I have given it a poor review. Though it can certainly be used as solder! Possibly, my spool was one of the few damaged in the lot. If I received a mislabeled product, it may have been one of only a few defective spools in the lot. Occasionally I do need to verify and recalibrate my lab equipment, but most certainly not over or over again for a piece of lead-based tracing paper. My free solder came with the $10 solder I purchased. In my opinion, I always consider this to be 'the benefit of the doubt' but for this price point, it seems rather ridiculous to spend my time (which I have already done on this review). It should be noted that other specifications do appear to be accurate (e. g. Calipers verify the dimensions and they are within tolerance Refer to specification. The manufacturer's published specifications might be a bit closer to the actual performance, as it would be a A star.

The flow is good and there is no garbage left behind
4/5

When I was 5 years old, my first soldering project was joining a 50-amp plug with an 1157 tail light bulb In the past few years, I have retired from a career in consumer electronics and tinkering. Since I have found it easier to use the thin version of this product with smaller components, I purchased it. Work, does not clump, does not need excessive warmth to melt, and does not leave a mess behind. Purchasing this product provided me with a great deal of satisfaction.

Switching to lead free was the right choice for me
5/5

In the US, tin/lead solder is still readily available and is a lot cheaper than other materials. For the price of one lead I can get two 60/40 Rosin Core Solder Wires- A silver-colored metal 4) Wire.

However, the risks are not worth it. As you can see, it looks like this A silver-colored metal I found copper wire to be very useful. In order to use lead, your iron temperatures need to be increased There is no solder to be paid for.

The hobiests will find this product very useful
5/5

The solder I found gives me mixed opinions, but I see it as a good solder, and I will return to it whenever I need it. You don't have to worry about your tips getting messed up at all as it runs smoothly. You can buy it at a reasonable price and it's a lot on my prototype boards to do solder traces and it is fine. It's an awesome product when it comes to normal electronics, but it tends to malfunction when you do prototype boards because it runs so smoothly and is not sticky like it should All in all I give it a 4 out of 5 for your everyday hobbiest >3.

Solid solder of high quality
4/5

I received the solder on time.
A good amount for the price versus what the local hardware store charges. There are no kinks in the flow, and it does what it should.
Great to fix electrical issues or do small repairs. If I needed to buy again, I would do so.

There is no problem
4/5

At this price, I am convinced that it is a relatively good solder for me, it even works better than my usual For most of my hobby projects, I use 4 percent silver solder (not this stuff) However, when working with soldering irons, I use this stuff to tin the tips. My silver sheen is not dulled by lead contamination, so I like that. It does melt, even though I have not used it for electrical applications yet.

Solder is a great product with a great price
5/5

I solder a lot and this product works great.

Not much more can be said about it. I paid quite a bit for it, but it worked for me.

I found it to be very thin and it It was used to solder several automotive speaker wires together, and it worked perfectly
5/5

However, it is a very thin wire and maybe it would be better suited for precision Since I didn't know what size I was looking for, I should have gotten something thicker, but I was not sure what to look for.
