Don't do it! As I mentioned, I purchased 200 of these items as an emergency supply since I underestimated business. That said, my estimation is that I WOULD NOT have enough to last an extended period. They are listed as being 1/8" thick but they are actually 1/16" thick Though technically they may have been 1/16 inch when they came off the cutter, they are closer to 1/16 inch (I measured) after they went through the bander. Not to mention that 20-54 inch lumber is very expensive. It is estimated that 25% of the shipments will be lost due to shipping or banding Find the right product to protect a product during shipping if you are looking for a safe way to ship. I don't think this is it! There are flimsy, heavily damaged pieces because of their packaging (banding) and general shipping damage because there is no protective packaging (plastic They would be described as half a step above useless, I would say. There is more to it than Put it out of your mind. The product will have to do for the time being, until my regular supplier can deliver. However, I cannot stress enough that you are wasting your money if you are considering purchasing this product simply because it is described as 1/8" thick and that it comes in a pack of 10. You will not have 1/8" useable thickness and you will lose such a large percentage of the material to damage that I estimate only 75% can be used. THEN I will have to double them, making your useful yield very far below 50% of what you.
Other reviewers have stated that the product is ruined by plastic straps that cut into the sheet. These straps dent, misform, cut and destroy several if not all of these smaller ones. Reviewing the reviews would have been beneficial for me. I think this is something that has been going on for some time. Old ephemera that I sell is rare and very old. The sheets aren't perfect, but I can use them to maintain my image's quality by cutting out the bad parts. The last time I ordered was almost a year ago. I trashed these things because of how crappy they were packaged.
The majority of them were bent on the edges and were I really appreciate it if you don't tie them up so tightly, they're no longer usable.
The packaging was as expected, but it didn't excite me. As a result, the outside pieces of the cardboard cannot be used since the band to hold the cardboard together had cut deeply into them. Because of that, about eight pieces of my jewelry were lost.
The price is a bit high.
I find it to be effective.
It's exactly what I needed so it's a good buy. Delivery in a timely manner.
Although the boards are sturdy for the purpose to which they were intended, I was disappointed that they were tied up so tightly they cut the edges of all the boards, and I really required them to be clean cut for my presentation. In the end, I trimmed a little bit of the edges, so it looks a little.
