I wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to come up with a cost-effective and high-quality solution - That concludes the discussion. I can put these in a sleeve with the artwork and ship them in a poly bag, and they'll arrive safe and sound (assuming USPS doesn't decide to take my 'fragile' stickers as some sort of stupid personal challenge).
This cardboard has a good strength to it; it's not too thick or thin, and it's very sturdy. When I fold it, I have to give it a little more oomph. Cardboard is my "go to" product for shipping, all types of crafting, and even in the kitchen (cover with aluminum foil for a very sturdy cookie sheet, etc. ). My philosophy is that you can fix anything with good cardboard and Duct tape. I'm definitely going to re-read it. this should be ordered.
When I mail music books, I use them because they get damaged if they are placed in envelopes without support.
I bought this cardboard to add extra rigidity to my art prints when they were being shipped. It's extremely rigid (much more so than box cardboard) and arrived in excellent condition, with no damaged edges. This cardboard has wowed me, and I'll be ordering more in the future!.
I was looking for a way to sell prints of my artwork, and this was exactly what I needed. Customers can pick up an item and carry it without fear of it bending thanks to these plastic sleeves.
These arrived quickly (which is pretty standard with Amazon Prime these days) and were exactly what I needed. I needed something sturdy to package artwork prints, and these were perfect.
They are thin but extremely strong, which is great for saving space.
Because the cardboard was not too thick, it could be cut into crafts with scissors.
