Carry out the red pull- Is it true that tite security seals contain id numbers? There aren't any that I'm aware of. ?

They aren't filled in at all.

how big is the tag portion?

They are the same size as those found on a fire extinguisher. They are used by my Fire Marshall on our 22 pound ABC extinguisher.
