Directions are inadequate. Once you've set it up properly, it's fantastic. The information on the website is false. According to Zebra, this model is only for UPS world ship, so I had to configure it as a separate printer with separate drivers. Getting it to work for all labels was a lengthy process. I was on the verge of returning it when I finally got it to work properly. I had to do my own research because the packaging was unclear on this point. According to the description, it was also supposed to include a roll of labels, but it did not.

I had no choice but to contact customer service, and the person who answered was clearly not an answering service; he appeared to be a product developer himself. He struggled but persisted in determining what was wrong with my system that was causing incompatibility, and in the end, we were able to resolve the issue. The company's service has left an impression on me.

Used and abused is a better description. I'm not sure how this item can be considered "Amazon Renewed. " It works more like a dejected Amazon. The labels would get stuck in the printer over and over. The rollers appear to be worn and sticky, according to my examination. This machine appears to have previously been heavily used in a filthy warehouse where French fries and tater tots were fried. What a waste of time; I, too, required this information quickly.
