For the past two decades, we've always labeled our cables, boxes, and power adapters with P touch labels and label makers, which are difficult to peel but limited in size and fonts. My wife decided to upgrade from 1990s technology to a modern portable Phomemo Bluetooth printer for Father's Day, as these bulky devices required you to type the label each time. This is a fantastic little gadget! To create labels, you must first download the software and create an account. She had downloaded the app and was designing labels ahead of time before I could even open my present. We began by creating traditional text-only labels, and because we only had the starter roll, we were able to make two labels from one. These look a lot like the p touch labels on our IKEA black boxes. Then we started downloading graphics and putting them on the labels that described the cable itself. Since everything nowadays is type c and some micro usb, our kids had never heard of a type B female or Mini USB. For that plastic drawer, the raspberry pi logo printed perfectly. The battery indicator only lost one bar after three hours of relabeling cable boxes and power supplies.
When printing one item, the machine feeds labels continuously, wasting unnecessary labels twice; otherwise, it's a great handy machine that does the job perfectly. I would strongly suggest it. br>br>Noticed a strange machine printing with extra spaces and feeding multiple labels at the same time. It was a little disconcerting because I had hoped for a better performance. Regrettably, I may have to rethink recommending this product.
It's a good film overall. I'm still stumped as to why it isn't printing on all of the tickets. It's a waste of space to leave a blank space between each ticket.
This is exactly what I need for my small business. I can create barcodes and label items, which is ideal, and I also live in an area where Wi-Fi is available. Fi isn't the best, but with the blue tooth connection, I know I'll be able to use this machine whenever I want, anywhere!.
This was something I was really looking forward to. I wanted to print the ingredients and dates for the cookies I was making for the neighbors. I have an Android phone and downloaded the app, which allowed me to easily design my labels and pair them with the printer. When I press print, the bringer malfunctions and turns off. I've contacted the company, but we haven't been able to solve the problem. It's turned on and fully charged, and when I press print from my phone, it says "connecting to printer" before glitching and turning off. I manually turn it on again, and the battery is still full, but it does not print. I was extremely disappointed.
I'm having a hard time centering all of the words on the stickers that came with it. I'm having trouble locating the appropriate tape size.
It's a neat little device, and it's simple to set up your design with it. It's also printed in a crisp manner. I only gave it three stars because of this. When you press print, it will print the first label fine, but it will feed the label too far or not far enough, resulting in only printing half of your design after a few labels. After printing one label, it may continue to print until there are six or more blank labels after the printed one! I would have given it five stars if it weren't for that problem.
This is simple to use OTHER THAN the paper doesn't line up properly?% of the time and it often prints incorrectly. I, too, have issues with the printer ejecting multiple blank labels, so I never ask it to print more than one at a time; however, if you're willing to buy a lot of labels to compensate for the misprints, this printer may be of interest to you.
