Hello, this thermal printer does not support Chrome.

All you have to do now is locate your computer's printer. Right-click the mouse and select "Printer Properties" from the menu that appears. "In general" – "Preferred" - "Options" for controlling the printing darkness (the higher the number, the darker the print).
I've had no issues using it with Etsy and EBay. The only thing I can say is that the cord should be kept an eye on because it frequently slips out, as evidenced by the green light. Aside from that, I really enjoy this.

They didn't respond, so I went out and bought one for myself, spending another $10-$15. Then I connect it to my computer, and what computer these days doesn't have a CD drive for downloading drivers? What about ZERO? I go to the website and download the driver, but it doesn't match the calibration instructions I received, so I can't set up how the label will be printed. When I go to eBay to print my label, it doesn't look right; parts of the label are cut off or the ink is so light that you need a magnifying glass to read it. This purchase has enraged me to no end! What a colossal financial blunder! Now I'll have to look for a different printer that actually works, as well as a company that responds to my concerns.

It was a simple process to get everything up and running. So far, it appears to be a good deal; I deducted a star because some of the printing is a little light, but I believe it will suffice for my needs. If anything changes, I'll let you know.
Edit: As soon as I figured out why it was printing 'a little light,' I changed it to a five-star rating.
After doing some research on label printers, I decided to give this one a try because it was less expensive than most of the others. The only problem I had was that the CD wouldn't play on my laptop, so I went to the website and downloaded the driver, which worked right away. This is the best piece of equipment I've ever bought for my company!.
