As promised, I received an authentic Brady cartridge. It worked perfectly when I put it in the label printer. There isn't much else to say except that this was the genuine article, not a knockoff. It's certainly built to last for a disposable cartridge.

This product appears to be performing well in the application in which we are putting it to use. The only problem was that the brand-new cartridge refused to feed (at all). I squandered several inches of tape by repeatedly removing and reinserting the cartridge (with jammed tape) in the printer. I've never had this problem with other types of Brady tape cartridges that we use.

It was a waste of money. There are streaks on the label, and some of them are very faint. I bought two more rolls, one of which is still dispensing the carbon tape with the label and looks terrible. I don't believe it's the label maker; instead, I believe the cartridges have been improperly stored, and the carbon tape used to transfer the text has dried up. Overall, I am very dissatisfied. For the 25-year-olds, in particular. For a single cartridge, they demand $50. What a load of nonsense. It appears that I will be returning the entire $250 kit as well.
