Tumblers no wider than 4" would work, so long as they are not too wide. As an alternative, 10x6x4 is also an excellent choice.
box was 11 7/8 inches long inside when I measured it, but the dimensions are on the outside.
The tape on the boxes is nowhere to be seen on the sides. I am not sure what you mean by it coming up the side. Aside from the box measurements, there are no markings on the item. Thanks, and I hope that helped.

It was supposed to be 12 X 6 X 4, but it came out to be 12 X 9 X 4. Although the boxes are fine, they arrived late and were the wrong size. Unfortunately I cannot use any other boxes to ship the product so I cannot reject them. There could have been a better way to handle this.
It appears that the boxes have been cut incorrectly. The first side is visibly longer, leaving a gap at the bottom of the fold since its fold line is too short. If proportionate, then both the top and bottom of the fold would have gaps. In addition, I do not have the time to add cardboard to cover that gap, which in turn will increase shipping fees and weight, and I am not keen to compromise the quality of my product by leaving it unfilled. It's a fail.
There is no need to worry about items being damaged during shipping since these boxes are not so lightweight. These containers are ideal for shipping delicate blooming plants, and I have used them to ship plants successfully.
If they are intended for mailing, you will need to watch out for the corners when assembling them. On the corners, there are little holes that come from this because the edges do not match perfectly. It is fine, and I've used it without issue for my company's mailings, though the rain is annoying, and if there is a slight concern about rain, I'd tape it up or get a different box.
Shipping is something I do every day. The average number of packages sent a day is between five and twenty. I have found these boxes to be a godsend. Their cutting out of some of the weight has saved me so much money on shipping costs. The boxes at Walmart are much bigger than the boxes I used to get from Walmart. I buy these to ship items that are just the right size. A reliable, durable, and affordable product.
The boxes are of high quality, the shipping is fast, and the price is very reasonable. I would purchase this product.
This is a wonderful way to mail out wine glasses to wedding guests and family members who could not make it to.
I like the sturdy cartons used to protect the fragile items and the glass ones. This is being used as a method of storing items within crates. Plastic tote bags are perfect for this bag.
