The purpose of purchasing these boxes was to avoid bending art as she was going to be shipped. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of price and size. My solution was to wrap the art between two pieces of cardboard, place it in the bottom of the box, and then pack the top of the box with weightless packing pillows to avoid the box collapsing. We only paid 3 pounds for it. In USPS' case, $60+ was requested, and in UPS' case, $50+ was requested. The situation appalled me! Due to the size of the box, it was difficult to open. If you want to ship anything in the boxes, just keep in mind that because of their size, they may not be cheap to ship. As I thought I had found a safe solution for shipping art, I'm very disappointed that I can't use the boxes for shipping. The boxes deserve 5 stars, but being unable to use them for shipping subtracts one.
was going to order them a second time when I saw that the price had doubled. As part of my second purchase, I was planning to buy at least 50 boxes. It was great to have the boxes, but not that great to have the price changed.
Boxes of this quality are easy to put together and are of high quality.
The boxes my purchase were packaged in were damaged prior to shipping. I found the boxes to be in rough shape, but the shrink wrap had not been penetrated. Several cuts, holes, and tears can be seen underneath the wrapping.
In my case, I was looking for a long-term storage option for DVDs, so I decided on a 16x16x6 box. This is not intended as a storage box that will have to be frequented often, but it is suitable for packaging and moving DVDs or CDs. The paper gum tape I used also worked well since I plan on storing them for a long time, as standard packing tape will dry out and peel off over time. It is ideal to store DVDs or CDs in these boxes because 6 inches works well for the depth of DVD or CD cases, and 16 inches is ideal for three rows of DVDs. I have not tested these with CD cases, but I am fairly certain they will work well with CD jewel cases. Each of them holds about 56 DVD cases. Works fine with a Blu-ray player as well However, Blu-ray is more popular The Blu-ray case is a little smaller than the DVD case, so there will be a little more room in these boxes It is a type of They are standard cardboard, so they can't be used for archival storage (such as for archival boxes), but for regular storage or moving they are fine. As big boxes of DVDs can get very heavy to move, they aren't difficult to.
Boxes such as these are used for sending homemade wreaths across The boxes are as expected, and I have never had a complaint that they are not.
