Product Description

Featuring impact- and corrosion-resistant red polycarbonate engineering plastic, this yellow wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply center is made from engineering plastic PC.

The one-piece design makes it easy to work with. Ten clip hooks for hanging padlocks, four hooks for hanging lockout hasps, two bins for tags and two jars for ribbons are built-in.

Transparent acrylic cover that locks in dust and dirt, displaying contents while keeping them out. Size 22" x 15". The size of the box is 5' x 2'. I am 6".

A lockout/tagout supply center is supplied in the locker with a lockout station, 10 safety padlocks, 2 lockout hasps, 24 lockout tags, and some ribbons.

During maintenance and repair, this station is part of a lock out/tag out (LOTO) procedure. This is needed at facilities with multiple-person authorization needed for access to devices and energy sources.

A lockout tag out kit used to lock out electrical circuit breakers, disconnect switches, pneumatic or hydraulic valves, etc. The one issue I encountered with the device I received was that the locks were all arranged the same way. In the case of lock out tag out programming, you are required to allow only one key per lock so that your coworkers cannot mistakenly remove your lock.

As a starter or just for looking at large switch gear, this is a good set. There are no breaker locks on the tires. To be in compliance for safety inspections, we use it. Now the artwork can be hung. In addition, it is both professional and appealing. Being a lotus is what our electrical crews are like.
