This is not a high intensity exercise

Glow sticks of this quality aren't high intensity, but they are certainly good. The 12 hour green glow sticks made by Cyalume, which were much more bright than these, were compared to those I bought. My sympathies are with Cyalume. . . They do have some cool glow sticks! These glow sticks, however, lack the intensity that would lend them a high intensity label.

It is the original manufacturer - I have used these since I was a kid, when I was in the military, and every time I travel. I keep them in my emergency bag and keep them around the house for when the electricity goes out.
