The straps I purchased had a 'working length' of 16" and were 18" in length. In other words, it had to have a diameter under 16". It is not clear, however, whether the 2" difference applies to all strap lengths.

The picture shows how the wording is written. An account of the events. I bought their latest generation after I was extremely satisfied with their previous generation straps (my buckle had been damaged accidentally when running over one of my original straps). The new straps are very inferior in every way, from design to function It is my opinion that the buckle design is inferior, the strap is thinner, the strap is thicker, and the material is clearly inferior (less flexible). The picture shows the difference between the new strap and the original strap that I still have it is obvious in the picture. I had a "new" strap fail when I used it for the fourth or fifth time The body got thin and brittle as a result of fatigue. As she holds a ladder tied down on a roof rack of her My ladder flew off the interstate that I was driving on, but thanks to God I pulled over before it went flying. The order summary no longer has a return button, so apparently I cannot return it (there is no return option anymore). As far as securing anything on a rack is concerned, I would not use the current generation straps. I would not buy another Titan strap, but I may try one of the competing products, which I hope is closest to the original Titan straps in quality.
My favorite part about these straps is how comfortable they are. The straps are what I use to bundle up my downhill skis and poles when I travel by In addition to holding my fat bike on the rack, I also use them for other purposes. Despite what my Thule rack says, the straps come with it are useless. Only thing to note about these straps is that they are stiff, so if you want to keep them snug, you have to pull them tight. As a result, I have pulled the straps a few times tighter than I expected, but when I arrived at my destination they were a little looser than I had expected. You will love these straps as much as I do after you tighten them up. I really like the product!.
In this case, the bike strap was used to secure a carbon fiber mountain bike to my Both of these items have arrived, one seems to work for now, but I'm still nervous to use it, and it looks like the other will also break in the very near future as well. Also bought two of the 9 inch versions, and they seem to be fine. May be I just got the wrong It is rated for 60 pounds, but I'm not comfortable using it on a light bike even though I know it should be able to support 60 pounds. It hardly supports the five pounds of the bike I'm using and the bike rack can support more than that. As it was tightened with the same tension as the previous one, which was not tight at all, and it still had flexibility, it broke. I was under the impression that I was paying for quality when I bought these things for such a high price. In the future, I hope the customer service is more reliable and stands behind their products. It was explained by Cameron, the owner of the company, that there was a slight issue with a batch of the straps, and they replaced them without hesitation. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and I am confident that the new straps will stand up to their claims. Cameron, thanks for your kind words.
2 of the straps were used to secure ladder on my rack on the back of my work truck after I purchased them in May 21. The strap on my ladder broke today, and I was almost flung off my truck because I didn't have two months of use out of them. I think they got hard and ripped in the hot sun, so my best guess is they aren't very good. UV PROTECTED Products are great. If they aren't UV protected, it's not a great product.
It is a great idea A tight and secure strap keeps it in place, and I can tighten and loosen it as necessary The looseness. I love how handy this is! If I had to buy it again, I would I will use it to lock up my bike and to stow heavy equipment, sports equipment, and/or heavy supplies I need to bring on the road. In a pack you get two straps!.
My previous MTBs had wheel straps that were too short to fit the plus sized tire on my current setup. Now my bike rack has a new lease on life! I replaced the old straps with Titan straps, which are strong and easy to use. This is a highly recommended book!.
Those straps will see me out on my bikepacking trip and backcountry skiing trip. The primary reason for my purchase was the fact that these straps are wider than Voile ski straps, and I thought they would be more versatile for my purposes, which proved A broader strap is not as convenient on a bicycle since there are not many places on the bike for it. There is just more thought to be put into where the straps will run. I wish there were straps of different lengths to choose from. I want to use the straps every day, but the 25" straps are too long for this purpose. A tricky part of using the locking system is to figure out how it works. The straps can be difficult to tighten at first, but once you get used to it you shouldn't have any problems.
These ladder hooks were exactly what I was looking for, as I really enjoy being able to secure my ladders at the back of In spite of this, they don't age very well when exposed to the sun. There was a failure of two of the four in approximately two Another that had been kept inside my truck also failed within days of being used outdoors for the first time.
