My boat is equipped with an 1800 lb winch, which I purchased here. Consequently, it became difficult to crank due to the overfilling of the spool. It has been replaced with a 25ft strap that can hold 4000 pounds from Amazon. You might be able to make it if you have a larger spool or if you have some space between the mounting brackets. Look at another option if necessary.
It is unclear to me what the limit on working is versus. For the test, I used it for my boat trailer winch which weighs approximately 3700 pounds and it worked perfectly
The winch is pretty sure to have a loop to fix the cross bolt in place.
It may not be thick, but it is extremely There is so much slack left that it overfills my winch and I must switch This thick rope should be strong enough to pull for a number of It is my hope that

It took me all afternoon to pull large logs and stumps with this strap, which I installed on a 2000-pound tool. Dr. Dutton - Winch with worm gear that I have a power drill to operate. My previous method of using a Dutton-type device was Laynson weighed 4000 pounds. I tried to repair the strap, but it was chewed up in the winch gear and snapped within minutes. The weight on this one is a lot higher. The 18" stump was dragged with a huge earth-moving machine and I had a lot of fun with it Root ball with 1000 pounds of compost (1000 lb. My fingers dug into the soil as I pulled it), and there were no Despite its thicker surface and longer length, I was able to pull the strap with the winch down to it's very end as long as I stayed careful of the last I just have one complaint it is stated on the packaging that the strap was "assembled in the US. " It is always best to have US manufactures assemble your product. However, I was hoping for US components to support the textile mills and foundries in the US. If I purchased components from the United States, I would have had to pay another $15 or $20.
I'm not the most handy guy in the world, but I watched on YouTube how to install it on my boat and was able to set it up without any problems. Upon arrival, all of the stitching had already been completed. I love how well they fit and how easy they are I am very happy with the quality it is better than what I expected.
It is a very well constructed The strap that comes with Fulton winches is not much better. In modern boat winches, it has a loop end (which is typical of most modern boat winches) that you insert between the winch spool and bolt, and inside this pin is placed The United States- I made it. My heavy ratchet straps that I used to haul tons of hay on trailers are made of the same material as the straps I use in my heavy straps. This is an excellent piece of work. The 25' fits inside the winch spool on my boat despite its increased thickness (we are not talking about width here). Besides a strap which snapped on a steep boat ramp (which was saved by a safety device), I have another strap that is on its last legs after only half a This strap is likely to last longer than.
To use with my Drotto hitch as a backup, I installed this on my trailer winch. I was in Michigan this weekend and the ramp was too steep for me to use the Drotto, so I hooked it on the hand winch
Hit the boat within about 6 inches of all the way on, and it snapped in two places. My boat floated away as it slipped from my grasp, but luckily I was able to jump on before it sank.
The original on my 21 ft pontoon boat had seen better days, so I bought this one. It will definitely be possible to handle the boat with a strong strap. I was pleased with the shipping speed.
It is incredible how well this strap works. The load capacity is 10,000 pounds, and the construction is superb. Made in the USA. I am unable to use it, so I must This is an overkill kind of guy so I thought it would be a good replacement for a 20 foot weak strap that recently broke on my 16 foot boat, which only weighs 2000 pounds it turns out that the winch is too small to hold all this strap, and I am not willing to spend $100 on a new winch to accommodate it, so it goes back. Any boat owner with a large boat will find this strap very useful. These types of straps require an adequate winch with sufficient capacity for the length and girth of the straps. I give the strap five stars. It is a single star because I did not plan well.
It works well for pulling up the boat, what a shame that the previous strap broke after 15 years. Can't afford to lose that kind of money on a sunday afternoon during the busy time of launch.
There is nothing wrong with the item. The part is very nice. The strap is quite thick. Hook that holds a lot of weight. Parts that are perfect for replacement.
