This gave me the idea to use these adjustable straps in a creative way. My bike baskets are kept in place by these gloves, and I can carry any size cup or item that might be too big or too small for the holes they accommodate. I'm very satisfied with how they work. It is possible that you will need to use an instruction manual to attach them to your shutters. Their straps are not at fault since they work well.
