It depends how and what you use them for, but I'd be careful how and what you do with them. In even lightly loaded ones, they flex quite a bit in the middle. In my mind, I wanted to load them with hand trucks, lawn mowers and other items with smaller wheels, however, the flex was unacceptably uncomfortable. Unless everything is loaded evenly, whatever is being loaded will tip over (a lawnmower should be fine, but a hand truck with heavy loads should not be loaded). The product isn't well advertised, but buried in the instructions it states that items need to be pushed or pulled up and down ramps, not driven. They trust their lawyers to handle that, and believe there is a safety factor to consider, in addition to the load capacity. It's hard to believe that these ramps can hold up! I am very pleased with my My snowblower came off the truck quite easily, so I took it up and down these ramps a third time just to be sure. We used Velcro-like grips and 600lbs between the snow blower and me to ensure it did not flex in the slightest. Using S curve for clearance items at low prices is brilliant. I think that the ramps are of excellent quality, but they shouldn't be sent as a pair when ordering a set of two due to their heavy weight. I did find one piece of black plastic broken off each ramp in the individual packaging (sent together in one box) but that wasn't enough to stop me from ordering. There was a problem with one of the LEDs on one of the ramps from the moment I got On the aluminum part of that ramp that touches the ground, it was also badly bent. There should at least be one ramp in the replacement set that is under warranty so I can have a full set of ramps that work.
I was glad that the LED lights came with the batteries to power them. It should be noted, however, that the batteries were pre-charged A damaged and extremely corroded installation. Though this item is plastic and aluminum, despite the fact that is weighs 35 pounds and is quite large, it does not fold up compactly. The ramp is better suited for ATVs, but it seems over the top for dirt bikes. It is still rated 4 stars since I do not believe I am the target consumer, and I feel that this is an excellent My intent was to get a lighter, smaller ramp, so I returned it. As many others have reported, it looks like I got a used ramp in addition to the new one. There are no severe damage or items that are unusable, but they are not quite new.
