As I am on a ramp, I always hold onto the door frame because I have a bad knee. It has a bit of a textured finish, but it's not as good as I would have liked for gripping. The step between the garage and the laundry room is probably one of the most useful places to use the railing. Although it smells really bad when it is out of the box, the smell has dissipated in the garage since I have put it there. I think the purchase was a good one. The web site seems to be doing fine.

I found these ramps to be the perfect product for my needs. My full-size motor home was heavy enough to be supported by them and their size was large enough for a 6" curb. Those ramps were just a little heavy to carry from garage to curb, but I used a dolly, since I am on the older side and can't pick up heavier items
I definitely recommend these ramps to anyone.

Pets of all sizes will love this product

Small dogs can fit through large dog doors with this product. On the outside of the ramp, I have a bigger ramp, and on the inside I use the ramp for the two smaller dogs I have brought home. My Huskies had a special doggy door made for them.
