Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your message. While these winches have power in and out, to get the most out of your winch and to keep your motor cool, it's recommended you use free spool every chance you get. I would like to extend my best wishes to you, Chan. I am a Tungsten4x4 customer service representative.

It looked like a good deal for a synthetic winch. I received it in good time for the payment. Only 2 stars right now. It looks great, but it Whenever I winch in or out, I hear the solenoid clicking but no movement is detected. It will not work unless I hit the side of the control panel. Whenever I release the switch, I have to hit the box again before I can produce a result. The results so far have not been impressive. It would be nice to hear from them soon so I can get this resolved. The ant asked for another solenoid to be replaced this morning, so today I received a call and was directed to email support. I will provide updates on all aspects of the project. I contacted the seller and explained what was going on again. I told him that I had not received the new control box and I was unhappy with it. As soon as he found out, he sent it right away. When I received the control box, I tested it out and it worked perfectly. As far as the seller's warranty is concerned, he stands behind his product. After all the hopping I had to do to make something new work out of the box, the overall rating would still be 4 stars.
We didn't have a good start with our relationship. on the spool lever was too small for the ratchet and the shaft was As far as customer service goes, I have reached out to seller. The latest news will be provided to you. I am giving it 3 stars right now, but I will change it once the issue is Here's an update I received a call from a supplier the next Taking the lever off his own personal wrench, he sent it to me via UPS. Five stars in my book for the service. There's still an issue with the wireless remote, but from what I've heard, most of the games are quite cheesy.
The boat I picked up this weekend in Big Bear, California cost me $280. I thought it was a good deal and it worked fine. A couple of times I got stuck on the John Bull Trail off-road. It was an epic run in the snow and mud.
The hawse fairlead looks like gold now that the black anodizing has worn off of it (thus now almost gold in color). My Ford Excursion has never been forced to pull the full weight of a load yet, but I have used it for large utility winches.
While everyone else does their best to shortchange you, they actually load up the spool with too much synthetic line. In order for it not to rub against my custom Move bumper, several feet of it had to be removed. Putting on a splicer clevis was not a big deal since I was already going to do it. The line whip that I now have can wrap around a good sized tree, and is made out of synthetic material.
There was only a small amount of difficulty mounting the control box. Upon installation, there was an on/off switch we were not expecting. Before we realized the switch, we were sure that the winch was not working. Despite the fact that it is included with our winch, the remote control is useless. When you try to change the batteries, the design shorts out the batteries and it is next to impossible to get it back together. As you can see, the remote we got is different from the one pictured in the winch photo. Two times a year, we will use it to lift a shore structure.
The first time she met my samurai, she was used to him. In an opening that was too deep for me to open my door, I slipped sideways in a hole. The cable had to be pulled out by a friend. It required a winch sideways in order to get out of the Samurai and not tip it over! Got it done, though. Another is definitely on the way for my next build.
It took a while to make a mounting bracket, and when it was finally installed, it stopped working. If you use the wired in/out switch, the controller box will click, but the motor will not move. It is also not working with the remote. As soon as we get this straightened out, we will update this review. A new solenoid was sent to me by the seller, which I replaced, and the unit now works as it should. I am in love with that.
My 2018 Jeep is going to look great with this.
