It appeared to be damaged, but seemed to be functional, so I gave it only four stars. To compensate me for the issue, the seller offered to refund a portion of the purchase price rather than return It seems that the pedal pump was not set up correctly in terms of fitment, perhaps they did not compensate for the paint or coating on the pedal. In spite of that, I was able to ride it at 200 pounds at its highest level and the cart still remained stable. The chair was also tested up and down while I was seated on it without any issues.
My review has been updated with pictures of the repairs on the lift cart, and also loads/boxes on an up and down platform. I included a yardstick to illustrate how tall the cart was off the ground. Please accept my sincerest thanks for your assistance. It works wonders if, like me, you want to fill your Balik Bayan Boxes (or your Atlas Xpress Padala boxes) to the brim with a variety of items and send them back to your family. In this way, you can load and unload your vehicle more easily. This is going to seem boring, but it is worth it to read, see and consider whether this will work or serve your purpose. The Toyota Sienna works great with this. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged, but to be honest, it is a heavy item and I didn't have high expectations it would have been of any use to me. Fortunately for me, I was able to figure out what to do to repair the damage or at the very least lessen the damage when I took a close look at the design. I am - Handle for the gas lowering and relief valves is plastic and wobbly - It appears the rollers for the scissor lift are made from plastic, but they already seem chipped off (seems thick enough) - Items may be damaged, scratched, nicked, or broken on arrival*- It might not be high enough for some tall or high pickup trucks
It isn't necessarily a con, but it could be a benefit * Does not have safety lock/pins to keep the scissor lifts in place (like some car jack stands do)* I may have to add a semi-rigid guard to keep my hands from slipping. For ease of sliding or moving the load on/off the cart, please use felt or rubber mats. I may also add a rubber strap(Nashua Stretch Seal) on the cart's pull/push handles for grip, comfort and ease of maneuvering. There is a rubber bumper between the foot pedal and the cart, so it appears that they were not cheap with the welds which is good, nice thick welds on areas that need extra stress, and cheap welds on reasonable areas with good stress. Because of what it is, I anticipate grazes, scratches, and/or a little beating on the box or at least on some of the lift cart's parts. Prepare for contingencies by being honest with yourself. If you replace your replaceable item, you don't need to expect someone to break their back. As far as weight testing goes, the product works, though I didn't use close to 500 pounds, but I guess somewhere close to around 220 pounds or so or so of wood and patio tiles or pavers*Note Amazon says it has a 500 pounds load capacity but the instructions manual says it has a 150 kilogram capacity, which equals about 330 pounds. That's not 500 pounds, is it? My delivery arrived much quicker than estimated, so thank you FedEx for your speedy delivery, and thank you so much to my UPS driver for lifting and carrying this heavy item to the top of It is not something I expected him to do, but he would not be held accountable if he did not.
It doesn't rise to a high level, however. This is a sturdy, stable product. However, the instructions are useless, so it takes about 30 minutes to assemble when it should only take 30 seconds
IT DOESNT GO UP MORE THAN 3 FT. Therefore, bending over is still required whenever you want to get something done.
I had to get rid of the engine and transmission on my old weekend driver since it was in the back and came out from under the car. Both of these things work smoothly with it, and it is also easy to work on the engine when you get it to the right height. Additionally, it's a great way to work on heavy items at a comfortable height in the garage. I just wish the handle could fold down so that it could be stored.
The assembly is quick and easy, and it works well. Moving heavy and bulky items safely requires the ability to lift and move heavy.
Carts like this are great. We use them to transport and lift goods from aisle to aisle. Currently we are using the machine for loads up to 100lbs, though I think it would be able to Occasionally, the handle lowering the platform back down fails and you need to tighten it every so often with some pliers. This is the only thing I must dock it for. The rest of the cart is built quite well, with the exception of that handle.
The program does just what I asked for. My Brewzilla 9 fits in here. I fill and mash the ingredients in the 25 gallon grain brewing system while I fill and mashing other ingredients, and when I need to lift heavy spent grains and drain, simply let the system go as low as 7 inches above the floor and it's easy to.
