I Thought I Would Get A Better Quality Product After Taxes For 34! I noticed that the rope's end had been burned. So I pulled it a little to see if it was secure and wouldn't fall apart, and all of a sudden the rope's inner material started to come out. There was no Chinese writing on them in the photo. There was Chinese writing on my gloves when I received them. I Wasn't Going To Get What I Was Expecting. The magnet, on the other hand, did its job, but I doubt it was 1,000 pounds. Wasn't much of a powerhouse. Also, because it was a double-sided magnet, I expected it to have an eye bolt on top so I could hang it from a bridge or something, but it only had an eye bolt on the side, which means I can't hang it from a bridge or a wharf and bob my magnet; instead, I can only drag it through the water of a lake or river. Don't Forget That The Quality Is Horrible. Save your money because you won't be able to get your money back because magnets aren't returnable. Find Something That Is Of Higher Quality Than This Rubbish.

A 1000 pound magnet is definitely not the case. It's a nightmare. My 350 one-sided pulls a lot better than this, which makes me sad. Be wary of the buyer! Personally, I would like a refund for this piece of garbage. It is, however, non-returnable, according to Amazon. Invest in a thug!.

Do not waste your money on this item it came with the cheapest rope that was ripped up at the end the magnet is way smaller than it says it is it came with no threading lock and the carabiners are absolute Chinese garbage do not waste your money on this I can't begin to tell you how angry I am I wasted almost $60 and all I got were Chinese gloves of very low quality the rope is falling apart and the magnet is so small there is no threading lock what a waste of money!.

This magnet is less powerful than that of a speaker. If you have some extra cash lying around, go ahead and order it. However, it isn't exactly what it appears to be.

As others have pointed out, the listing clearly shows and states that the thread locker is included. There were none left for me. So, if you think you'll need it, you'd be better off buying your own or getting a different kit. I haven't tried the magnet yet (it's currently frozen), but I plan to do so soon!.

The magnet, rope (60'), and gloves are the most expensive items, and you only get the magnet. If they had the option, the value would be zero; no way each side is 500 pounds; it's more like 85-100 pounds. 90lbs. That is why the removal has received 5 stars. Instead of this garbage, use a brute magnet.

The magnet removed many Iron pieces, mostly old wire, and a pretty old strand of historic barbed wire from an old well on a friend's property. Looking forward to more magnet fishing in the bayou. It's important that they included the more durable waterproof gloves, as the water and muck are unpleasant. The product worked well and was enjoyable to use. I've come up with a few more uses for it, and it'll come in handy in the tool shed.
