Yes, I believe you are capable of doing so. It's possible that you'll need two of them to keep the cab from swaying. I used two of them to remove the wings from a plane, and it worked perfectly. The telescoping section raises and lowers the top I beam, but it isn't designed to lift heavy objects. This was done with the assistance of a trolley and a chain hoist. This is an excellent item.

After a week or so of moving heavy items around the new shop, I realized I needed to be able to move things on my own without relying on others for assistance. I considered using an engine hoist, but the gantry crane's concept appealed to me far more. This one was reasonably priced and received positive feedback. The freight company delivered it about a week after I placed my order, so shipping was also quick. I'm not sure how long it took to put together, but with the help of a local friend, it was probably only a couple of hours. It seemed like a simple way to put it together if we laid it out first and then walked up. The holes lined up fairly well, with the exception of a few that may have benefited from the use of a rubber mallet to apply a small amount of force. In terms of not being completely precision engineered, it's about what I'd expect at this price point. Even when I'm working alone, it moves around the shop fairly well. To complete it, you'll need a trolley and a winch system, but it's worked well for the machines I've moved.
I bought it because it was advertised as being 7'10" tall. However, even at its shortest setting, it stands over 8' tall.
I received my order ahead of schedule, which I thought was a good sign. I discovered that I was missing a caster when I opened the crate. I contacted Titan, who promptly responded with an email apologizing for the error and promising to send me a new one. I wanted to put all of the pieces together as quickly as possible. I was almost finished when I realized I needed a brace. Send another email to Titan, and they'll get it out to you as soon as possible. The level of service has been outstanding. The caster was supposed to arrive today, but that is not Titans' fault; I have an engine to pull as soon as I get the caster, and I will report back on how it went.
This is a fantastic little crane that I bought for my den so that my wife can practice aerial yoga.
My only gripe is the back-and-forth required to raise/lower it (if you don't have someone to assist you). It would have been fantastic if they had a single handle that could raise and lower both sides at the same time. However, you won't find anything better for the money.
The product arrived on time, but the freight company had damaged the crate and wrapping, leaving four tubes missing, which was not Titan's fault. I sent them an email, and the missing tubes arrived within a week. Titan is a company from which I would place another order.
It was heavier than I anticipated, and putting it together by myself proved difficult. So far, everything seems to be working fine. More pictures and more work on the instructions are two things I would recommend.
It works great, but it's too tall for me to roll under at 8 feet. to gain access through the garage door out.
