These stainless wire rope thimbles are made from stainless steel

The 1 hasn't been used yet but the 2 came highly recommended. With the 5mm vinyl coated wire rope I purchased, I'll be able to use it. The weight is rated at 45#, so I am sure at least that much would cause the material to deform. It is my hope that the SS will be of good.

This is an ordinary pair of rings, they are made of stainless steel as far as I can tell and they are exactly like My experience with the purchase was positive and I recommend it.

They are much bigger than they appear

This is for large fish, such as sharks and marlins. My snapper weighed 10 pounds, so I wanted tiny shrimp. There were no visible defects in the packaging or quality. Amazon does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Using them as fishing leaders is my main purpose for purchasing them. I had to pry open each end to install the eye of the hook because all the ends were closed shut. Having the ends open from the beginning would have been so much easier, since I could simply squeeze them with pliers after the hook was in place.
