I do not recommend the 3/4 inch drill bit An 8 1/4 pin is fitted to the ring. An inch and a quarter is the size of a rental.
The silver color.
You'll find a pair of 2 shackles with them. A nice powder coating job was done as well.
Pins are 7/8 of an inch apart on a 3/4 inch shaft

There are a pair of 9500 # shackles in my possession. The pins have a silver coating (zinc coating) and a red tip. Since I thought black might be hard to see, I did not want the black. Interestingly, I would have gotten high-vis yellow ones if they had them, but they come from a different manufacturer and are quite pricey. If I need them in the future, I'm certain these will be fine. I have never owned a pair of shackles, so I have nothing to compare them to They seemed to be the best value out there, so I bought them. As soon as I held them in my hands, I was delighted. It is because there has been a great deal of confusion about shackle sizes for a while now that I decided to write this review. As stated in the description, the standard for 10,000 lb shackles appears to be 3/4" in diameter. 3/4" refers to the diameter of the pin, but not the diameter of the pin The bow diameter of a shackle is referred to as the bow diameter. A pin diameter of 7/8" can be found on the pin. There is an equal distance between the flats where the pin goes and the flat where it will be inserted It is 1/8". Within the bow itself, there are about one inch of space About 7/8 in. It's my hope that being able to know these dimensions will be of help to anyone who needs it There is no way to get this information from the manufacturer.
I'm so dissatisfied with the appearance of these. Because the paint had been chipped heavily, I had to turn them in a certain direction to keep the chopped colors from showing. While I understand what these are used for, the fact that they came from the box chipped was not what I anticipated. Even though I kept them, I feel like I should have left the silver ones on my Jeep. Moreover, I bought two pairs of front and back for the same project and all 4 of them are chipped off. I have updated 4/18/20 with the following information. I hate these! After the end of summer, I need to take them off and put back my original ones because they are so faded. They were the perfect color for my jeep when I got them, and now they are so faded, I need to replace them with the original ones. Taking money for granted is a waste. The silver ones will do just fine. I like that they do not fade in a short period of time.
I think it is a good product it is heavy duty and well-made. A major problem is the poor quality of the I seem to be experiencing this problem quite often, but it came pre-chipped with thin areas, just generally unevenly Additionally, they are not as hot pink as they appear in the pictures, and they are not painted as well, but they are still very sturdy D rings. It is less than a year later that they are completely destroyed. There is a great deal of corrosion along all edges. White paint had faded to a completely white color and thinned greatly. threw them away and bought new ones to powder coat myself since they couldn't be salvaged so I hadn't even thought of repainting them.
A new update has been released A guy's JKU got stuck on a boulder over the weekend, so we used these for a recovery. Despite being rusty, they were still able to perform as expected. In subsequent communication with Rugged Ridge, I requested information about the rust. They told me they had a bad batch and sent me a new pair of boots without any I was very happy with the support I received from my teammates. I haven't even used them for pulling yet, but they are already showing signs of rust. Straight out of the box, the areas where the powdercoat was thin The thread, the hole in the bolt) show signs of rust. Though I am not hopeful for these, I am unsure if I got them back. In addition, they are a super gloss black color There were some hints of a texture, but that's not the black I'm looking for It is the fault of the ring.
The straps are exactly what I needed with all my other straps to pull my cars out of a winter snow issue. It is funny when the only reason for a poor rating is that the paint didn't last in the truck bed or stored with your rusty It's fine if you're frustrated that the hole on the cloves isn't 3/4" like it is on the pin, but you'll be glad you have them when the hole is right at 3/4 inch. The price for these is unbeatable! You won't find a pair like this in this size My example can be seen in the attached picture, where I used it on a snatch block.
Upon receiving two sets, I discovered that they both had pink chips on them. It is a certainty that they will chip under use, but I am disappointed they arrived like that. It is evident that if the pink color is installed on a vehicle, it will fade in the sun. A sun side that has been 3-months old will be 3-months old There is a 4 shade difference. I suppose it is for the best. My Jeep does look very cute with them.
A very nice design, D. There are rings. However, I have not yet had a chance to test them out, but it appears that they are going to be very good. I will update the review once I have had a chance to check it out. Like other reviewers, I agree that these are much closer to 1" thick than they are The thick red paint could be the reason for the extra difference, but they barely managed to fit into my 1" holes (had to gently tap them in). You will NOT be able to fit these if your holes are 7/8".
I have used these hooks about a dozen times to attach other recovery gear and they still look like It is equipped with some straps, rope, and a hi-top Since I have begun using the lift, I have yet to fall into a mud pit or be unable to free myself from rocks, snow, or a deeper than expected I've updated to These remain strong two years after they were first introduced. I have known they wouldn't fall short, even after the paint has chipped and worn away.
