As a 3/4 clamp, I think it would be slightly too large for you. You'd be much better off with either a 3/8 or 1/2 clamp depending on the size of your pinky.
Although I haven't personally checked, I would guess that you need to visit a store that has a larger variety of real hardware. Match it up with it while you're at the store. There should be large ACE or NAPA or similar stores that can provide you with nuts that

The casting is rough and the u-nuts are very well made It was overpriced, and the bolt was broken. The hardware store near me did not have this size cable clamp, so I had to order the pair online from Amazon for close to $6 more. While I didn't use them as clamps, I did use them at times to hold things. Safety cable mounts were mounted on them to be used on a trailer. u-shaped rods are 9/16 in diameter This is because bolts are constructed of iron, making them ideal for this type of use. In the bolt/nut side, there is a 9/16-inch bolt/nut They are 12TPI and you tighten them with a 7/8" wrench.
Although they're not top of the line, they're well worth the price.
