This appears to be made in Japan, according to my knowledge. It's a really good-looking piece of work This mini model is made to look like the full size model. The unit is rated up to 500 pounds and is a space saver.

As a result, I wasted over $200 and I'd like to replace them

The first time is used Turning clockwise only works for hoisting up, not counter clockwise for lowering down, and neutral does not work either. Because of this, I have wasted over $200, and I would love to have them replaced. A TWO-MONTH PERIOD AGO, I USE THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THERE IS NO RETURN.

It's great to have this along with us. Its tiny and light weight make it so appealing. In most cases, the things I am supporting are lighter than the 550-lb weight limit, so I've had no problems. My heart beats faster if I bought this product again.
