A constant jam occurs in the chain

A constant jam occurs in the chain. The chain jamming has been the worst experience I have ever had with a chain hoist in the past 13 years. Using the hoist without any load is impossible. Getting from point A to point B is difficult. I have used CM hoists in the past but I am not sure if the product I received is defective or if the quality is decreasing.
