I bought the trolly wheels from Amazon and then I purchased the P1000 A 440 lb hoist was used to make a trolley lift for lifting steel plates using these jacks. A piece of angle iron was drilled and sandwiched between the two pieces of angle iron, then the wheels were bolted Once the hoist was attached to the angle iron, I was ready to lift the angle I developed an easy-to-understand project that got the job done. The system works well. Despite fitting perfectly and rolling so easily, the wheels are so smooth and easy to use. I like the strength of the track and how it does not flex. The chances of this failing are zero. Two tracks were not enough, so I welded them together to make 16 feet. It is so easy for the wheels to roll that I had to put stops on the ends of the tracks to avoid it flying off. Track for both lengths cost about $50, wheels for 2 sets cost about $50, and the hoist cost about $89 each. In total, it cost about $200 and took about a half day to put it It would have been better if I had done it I love it.
Since I began parking my car in the garage, I have had to take down my punching bag to avoid clogging up the garage. It was still something I wanted to use, but having to hang it and then take it down every time would have been cumbersome.
