Assembly was a breeze following the As soon as the trolley was installed, I was extremely pleased with how smoothly it rolled. Due to the pkg being missing some parts (and the fact that it was sealed, it left the factory that way), I gave it 4 stars. The parts were sent at no charge to me by Jet, as soon as I contacted them. The trolley itself is very nice and well made, but I haven't tried 850 lbs on it yet. I thought it was well within the maximum weight limit, but it still seems sturdy.

To have a gantry crane that can be moved from side to side, I bought this. I liked the way it was constructed and how it rolled. It does not have a brake, but I restrict it by using a c clamp on either side of it if I wish to stand it still.
This trolley provides plenty of washer options which allow you to adjust the width to suit your needs. This product does best on a "I" beam (the rollers are tapered), but I'm sure it will work with a "H" beam This will reduce to a 3" wide I beam, but you need to have at least a 4" tall (or larger) one to clear vertically. The trolley is reasonably priced and well-built.
