Product Description

I-Beams with a height of 3 inch, 4 inch, or 6 inch (measured from top of flange to bottom of flange) are compatible. The load capacity is 1,000 pounds.

What kind of temperatures are they rated for if you want to roll in an oven?

I'm looking for an I-card, but I'm not sure where to look. Is there a beam that'll work with this?

The trolley is adjustable and can accommodate commercially available "I" beams ranging in width from 2" to 4", as long as the center portion of the beam is 3" or larger. Steel "I" beams can be purchased from any company that sells steel "I" beams.

Is it possible to combine this trolley system with a hoist motor? It would be helpful if you could provide some relevant photos or video. ?

This trolley simply has a hanging bracket on which an electric hoist could be hung, or a full bracket could be fabricated to mount the hoist to. The manufacturer has placed a weight limit on this item.

There is no way to ensure quality

There was no quality control, and it was impossible to use as shipped due to a manufacturing defect. Because I'm a fabricator, I was able to drill out the weld overhang. The lower eyelet was penetrated. For some, this may be difficult, and they will have to return the item.

It was a perfect solution. It was way overkill for what I needed, but when you're dangling a 370 pound condenser over your head, you want all the overkill you can get. If you buy cheap, you should buy it twice, but if you buy quality, you should only buy it once.

Installing it was simple and practical for my needs

I bought it to use as a hook for a large bag. It's not difficult to put together. I bought it primarily so that I could easily roll the heavy bag out to use and then back out of the basement vent when I was finished working out. This is an excellent item.
