The hole is 9/16" in diameter its thickness is 1/4" (6mm).

My name is X. suspended my long unistrut bar from two unistrut sections at each end of my workroom, then installed two trolley pieces at each end of the bar, depending on how far they were apart. Having mounted the electric winch on two more trolleys on the long bar, I mounted the winch on two more trolleys. Therefore, the assembly moves in two dimensions, and covers the majority of the work space and I can lift heavy tools from the floor storage under the work surface to the top of the work surface.

This would work well for hanging a punching bag from the trolley and if it can be locked so that the bag won't move around, could it be used as a kick bag?

I am a construction worker, and I am intimately familiar with Unistrut's capabilities! This vehicle will NOT work with 1 5/8" struts. There was no screwdriver in the house, so I had to buy "cabinet screws," which have a low-head The heads had profile profiles, AND I also In order to countersink the holes a little.

The heads of most lag screws are too thick, making grinding them down a ridiculous task! In our opinion, drywall screws are far too brittle to hold up a 50" plasma TV, and would thus be a poor choice. Let me tell you about the F'n Mountain! The bolt head on the unitstrut prevents the trolley from rolling in the channel, so the unit cannot be directly bolted to the ceiling.

Rolls much better (smoother and quieter) than non-straight ones. Previously I purchased a pair of unisex ones. Decide between the two and get the genuine one by paying a little more money. The next one I will definitely need will be the second one. Having a 3 star rating for the price is due to what I consider to be a high price for such a small item.

The product is exactly as described, I will order Perfect for a linear slide I threw together for the bus conversion passenger seats to move forward with the driver over the opposite side of the bus! The only thing I wish it had is a little tighter tolerance as it has about 1/16" of play and I have to figure out how to shim it or make a bearing sleeve in order to reduce

The smooth rolling of the rollers on the storage area is perfect for handling heavy barn doors. This track system was about half the price of the other brand and was much smaller and lighter than the other system.
