There must have been some change in the interior dimensions of the SuperStrut, as it doesn't fit. There are now a few hundredths of an inch less in the inner height dimension. A minimum of 1 3/16" is needed for the wheels since they are 1 1/18" high.
When you ask a question like that, I think you should include the weight of the pot, as well as the weight of the "power lift." If you are interested in the manufacturer of unistrut, you could also Google them. They are surely aware of what their weight limit is. You may need a stainless steel version of unistrut if you are using it for food. Although it is more expensive, such a version may be more suitable for your application.
The trollies were attached to the anchor plate by bolting three bolts each directly to it. A piece of unistrut was through-bolted to a 2x6 and lag bolted every 12 inches into a ceiling joist. I drilled the unistrut across the ends and used a bolt as a stop so the hoist would not come loose. Loads over 100 pounds were the only ones I lifted. It's crucial that you do the same thing, but watch how much load you put on the single joist and the

A trolley unit like this fits in the super strut channels available at HomeDepot and Lowes. I bought one of these and took it to the home depot to check it out before I bought the others to make a garage to attic elevator lift.
It was for a special purpose that I needed these Two sections of the wall needed to be free to move in two dimensions, so I welded two sets of two together at 90 degrees. While they are functional, they are far less sturdy than the flat plate unistrut trolleys I am more familiar with. As a result of the thinner gauge steel, and the thinner bearings (without the thick inner races) and smaller bores, the bearings are thinner and lighter. Their roll doesn't seem to be as good, and they tend to bind up at the slightest hint of side loading. There are usually only a few dollars difference between the better ones Those are definitely worth getting if you can get them to.
Whenever 1 is used With a 5/8" Unistrut, all of the channel is used by the wheels. To mount the Unistrut, you should use a bolt through the back of the vehicle. Using a bolt through the back of the vehicle will cause the wheels to jam. Use a smaller bolt through the back of the vehicle and a fender washer. The following recommendations are made An unistrut of 3" or deeper is needed.
My first impression was that they were a bit expensive, however I have not compared them with This is an excellent product with smooth surfaces and a sturdy construction. With the Unitrack fastened to the roof, I will pull a mesh tarp about six inches off both sides of my motor home as a sun shield. However, I expect it to work perfectly even though I haven't installed it yet. With 1/4" bolts, Lowe's flange enabled the trolley to be attached to the wall. There was a lot of debate among me as to whether I should get this trolley or the heavier duty one, but this trolley allows fasteners at the bottom of the Unitrack. As far as I can tell, this trolley is far more sturdy than I really expect for its intended purpose, but I appreciate overbuilt, strong items. Then I can certainly use these for some other purposes such as a rolling handicap rail to assist my wife in getting to the bathroom without falling, or maybe using a bicycle brake when necessary to prevent This will probably also be useful when I install a second battery tray under the motor home.
These dollies were used with supper strut Channel in order to build a vertical track for a garage attic lift. I found the building of the system very straightforward. My bolt heads had to be redesigned to fit into the foot of the dolly so I could set them down. The bolts are very easy to attach. To avoid damage to the windscreen, you should use low-profile bolts. I will let you know how they hold up in the future. The product I received was of very high quality. I gave it five stars.
A portion of the train kept twisting out of alignment, making it difficult for it to run correctly. In order to keep track of the vehicle, I had to replace the wheels without wider bearings and install Slik bumpers for proper alignment. It's hard to believe that a professional system like Unistrut would be so unexpected.
A lag bolt and washer cannot be used to secure the channel and slide the trolly into it inside the channel. It would be better if the wheels were smaller by 1/8 inch. It's the washer thickness, not the wheel diameter that is the problem. My next task is to come up with an alternative solution to hang the channel. I hate it!.
2 grease to quiet and slow them down. Strut hardware is great. I'm very happy with it.
