The track can then be hung inside the track and the two or four wheeled trolley driven along the inside. If the trolley cannot pass through any bolt head on the inside of the track that can support weight, it will not be able to pass by. In order to solve this problem, I used those instead, and they helped keep the bolt heads out of the way. With this setup, I can slide two Jeep hard tops out of the way of my cars and hang bikes in my garage. That same set-up would be excellent for barn doors as well.
In order to connect the strut hangers to the angle iron, I used 1/2 inch bolts.
I might just use two, though I'd place the bags directly under them, I think three is enough.
Each price is displayed on one hanger.

As time went on, I made no effort to use these, not knowing that they made using a unistrut trolley significantly The lag bolts on the unistrut are too long to leave enough clearance to allow the trolley to roll when they are hung directly to the ceiling. If you get the trolley, do yourself a favor and buy a few of these.
The hanger is used with Unistrut part number P2749-, which is a rail hanger from Unistrut There are two trolley casters in this model. I didn't have to make a stop to prevent the door from sliding off the trolley rail because there wasn't much clearance. It also fit tightly enough around the 1 5/8 unistrut to prevent the rail from moving around in the hanger, so I did not have to apply any bonding. In my project I had to anchor this piece to a two by four, so I used a screw with a length of three and a half inches to reach in through this part and However, the spaces around the wood screw were far too large when just one flat washer was used. My hand moved this part quite a bit when I tried to move it with my palm. A piece of 1/4 inch pipe with an inside diameter of two inches was cut to use as a sleeve. The outside diameter of this hole was the correct size for filling it up. After screwing the wood screw down tightly, I used a washer to cover the edge of the hole and this holder became fastened firmly to the wall without any movement at all.
A punching bag would have been great in my garage, but it would be in my way. When parking my car, I use these to hold up the punching bag as it slides in place when I am using it, as well as to hold it in place while it slides toward the wall. The brackets I bought were all the same size, but six of them were used because one was not aligned correctly on the ceiling due to a I did not need to change anything because the overall system hung a 70-pound bag at first, but upgraded that to a 100-pound bag to add more resistance, and it still held the.
There are similar components at Home Depot that you can find at HD, but they are much cheaper there. My discovery of the Unistrut parts came after I had purchased They have a great deal of strength and are perfect for hanging a heavy bag up to 100 pounds. It has worked well for me since I bought the trolley and spring. A hand clamp holds the trolley in place, and I remove the clamps so I can roll the bag out of the way, then.
To mount a Unistrut trolley track to the ceiling of my garage, I used three Support Brackets. The trolleys have a winch on the bottom so that you can lift heavy items to the bench or store things up to the ceiling.
Putting heavier items up on the loft is easier with it. This technique works well, but keep in mind that you have a weight limit to follow.
The order was placed and five were received. Four were good, but the fifth oddly misshaped one was almost humorous. A crack appears on the top of the bracket, and the 1/2" bolt hole has an oval shape. We will need to find another source to replace the item, as it is too late to return.
The only thing to say is that you need this I bought railings from Lowe's and Home Depot, along with accessories, but the price was too high for me. The brackets were not present in either of them. Oh no!.
