Can the dock plate be moved from one place to another?

Yes, it is. The bag has both a front and a back handle. Dock plates such as this are fantastic. A few days after I purchased the dock plate, I was in a material handling discount store and saw a similar item for $80 more than I paid. If you need a dock plate, this is the one to purchase. Would this work just fine with a pallet jack if I had to get over a 2" curb?

A specification section indicates that the dimensions should be 6"3/8 or 6". There is a height difference of 375". But at the product description it states that it is 3". Which one should I use?

To the bottom of the leg, there is a distance of 6 3/8 inches from the flat part of the plate top. This is the handle size, measured in 3 inches.

This is a heavy-duty device

I'm glad you like it. Aluminum diamond plate and angle are used to make this heavy duty plate. My job as a mechanical engineer means I always pay attention to quality, and this item is well worth it. It would have taken me far longer and cost more than the same amount of materials in just materials on my own, let alone my time. Wish I had purchased one that was wider and longer, but that's the downfall of ordering online. Cannot view it before I buy. I am still happy with the quality of the product.

Dockplate (ramp) with a heavy duty construction

Since I'm loading my truck directly from the 2 foot dock, I can do so without any hassle. As far as I am concerned, the cart is heavy duty and I believe a loaded pallet jack would easily roll.
